Website terms
The boundary between product explanation and product service.
These terms cover the public pages, local interface examples, and brand resources. They do not create an account, a delivery instruction, or a service commitment.
Public website terms
An information site, not a product account
These pages explain the MediaSynd product model and a source-to-destination workflow. You may browse and reference the public information for ordinary informational purposes. The site does not grant workspace or reviewer access.
Fictional reference organizations and records
Morrowlight Goods, Quoin Harbor Press, Quiet Current Unit, Relay North Works, their named roles, and all project, file, review, decision, and package records are fictional examples. They are not customers, endorsements, production workspaces, or live deliveries.
Local interactions do not perform product actions
Filters, preset selectors, comparison controls, review states, and package selectors change local browser state only. Contact fields build an email draft locally; a message exists only if you send it through your own email application.
No service, certification, or purchase promise
Public copy does not create a service-level agreement, certification, partnership, purchase commitment, destination integration, or guarantee of a specific product capability. Any product agreement would need separate terms.
Brand resources and third-party marks
The approved MediaSynd logo must be used without alteration. Atlas is fictional reference media, not a second brand mark. No third-party trademark, logo, integration, or partnership is part of the examples.
